Countertop convection mini-oven for your convenience. There is Keurig, a drip coffee maker, and an electric tea kettle so you can enjoy whatever hot beverage you choose. We've supplied some pods, filters, and herbal tea.

The elevator is across the parking lot. It's possible to access the unit with a bit of meandering. The stairs are faster!

The balcony has a table and chairs so you can decompress outside. It overlooks Coligny Beach Park. You can grab a peek of the ocean through the trees.

You can't beat the location! The Breakers is a beachfront condo with private access to the beach. Coligny Beach Park and plaza are right next door. You have the beach, a pool, restaurants, bars, ice cream, and shopping within a two minute walk yet your villa still feels secluded and serene. You can't ask for a better location on Hilton Head Island.
You've made it! The Breakers Hilton Head offers parking and beach access for guests. Public beach access is through Coligny Beach Park.
Sea Turtle nesting season is May-October. Support these magnificent creatures by turning lights out on the beachfront (including flashlights) and filling any holes in the sand!
Watch the sunrise or the moonrise from the beach. "Lights Out" season gives amazing views of the night sky.

Complimentary beach access wheelchairs are available by reservation (at least 3 days notice). These three chairs are located at Coligny Park for easy access.
Hilton Head Island is wonderful for year round visits. We love the off-season for walks on the beach, fewer crowds, and cozying up at Breakers 102 to recharge.
