We love the beach and we love to just chill out. Our intention is for Breakers 102 to feel comfortable and inviting at any time of year.
Whether you’re visiting for a few days to play in the pool and sand, a few weeks to rest and recharge, or a few winter months on a solo creativity retreat, we have tried to create a space that makes you think “What thoughtful details” and not “Just another beach rental.” In fact, we keep notes when we travel and say “I wish there was a…. “ and explore how we can bring whatever that element is to you. Because it really is the little things that open up the space for us to release and relax!
We fully remodeled the entire unit in 2025, making it one of the few units with a a fully functioning kitchen and a king size bed! Perfect for however long you choose to stay with us.

Fully tiled walk-in shower with dual rain & handheld shower heads. Shelves and under sink storage for your belongings. Plenty of hooks because you can't have enough hooks at the beach!
Lounge and nap on our "slumber throne." The king size hybrid mattress hides plenty of under bed storage to keep your luggage/bags out of your way. Shelves, drawers, and mini-wardrobes surround the bed so you can unpack and keep clutter at bay.
Built-in bedside ledges and shelves offer space for your books, phones, and other bedroom necessities. Each side of the bed has a whimsical, dimmable light and plugs for whatever you need to charge. Blackout curtains help you rest deeply.
Snuggle into the comfy sofa to read your favorite book or deepen your connection with a variety of games and puzzles. Bright and open. Cozy and inviting. Breakers 102 has a welcoming, modern beach vibe.
Nobody likes a cruddy sleeper sofa! The queen sleeper sofa was brand new in May 2024. We took our teen shopping and tested sofas for sitting comfort (with 3 of us!) and also opened them and tried the mattresses. This couch is a good balance of sitting and sleeping comfort-- the mattress is memory foam.
We take cooking and eating seriously. Your Breakers 102 kitchen is fully loaded with full size appliances, lots of cabinets (including space for what you bring), and all the little things we like to use when we are making a snack, heating leftovers, or whipping up a full meal. Fear not! Of course there's a dishwasher as well!
The kitchen was designed with the intention of supporting take-out lovers and turkey-roasters alike! Lots of counter space and storage, and the tools to take advantage of both.

We made this to invite you into an energy of playful exploration! Sometimes everyday life bogs us down and we forget to just sit and invite our creative energy into the room. If that resonates for you, consider this your invitation to welcome back your inner-creator and go for it!
Peek-a-boo! The bedroom is just inside the front door. We installed a pocket door so there is more space in the room for you (and not an open door).
Coming in the front door, you'll find the bedroom immediately to your left, as well as the washer/dryer and bathroom. And then into the main kitchen/living area!
Coffee in the morning? Snacks in the afternoon? The private balcony has a small table and chairs, and plenty of hooks for wet towels and swimsuits.
Smell the salt water and feel the ocean breeze. The balcony overlooks Coligny Beach Park and offers a peek of the ocean through the trees.
Plenty of cooking utensils are ready for whatever you want to cook up. You have access both a Keurig coffee maker and an electric drip coffee maker. Are you more of a tea person? There's also an electric kettle and stainless steel tea diffuser. There is filtered water at both the sink and in the refrigerator. So many options!
I mean... doesn't this inspire you to cook something? Is it just us?
The island doubles as your dining table and has 4 stools. With so much counter space, it's easy to keep it clear for dining. The couch side tables have built in electric outlets/charging ports so you don't have to shuffle around looking for one. Blueair air purifiers are in both the living area and the bedroom.
Cozy and comfy and ready for lollygagging and some deeeeeep restorative sleep.
Breakers 102 front door has a keypad for ease. No worries about losing a key on the beach!

The elevator is across the parking lot. It's possible to access the unit with a bit of meandering. The stairs are faster!

The pool is open year round and heated for some of the cooler months.
You can't beat the location! The Breakers is a beachfront condo with private access to the beach. Coligny Beach Park and plaza are right next door. You have the beach, a pool, restaurants, bars, ice cream, fantastic homemade lemonade, groceries, and shopping within a two minute walk yet your villa still feels secluded and serene. You can't ask for a better location on Hilton Head Island!
You've made it! The Breakers Hilton Head offers parking and beach access for guests. Public beach access is through Coligny Beach Park.
Sea Turtle nesting season is May-October. Support these magnificent creatures by turning lights out on the beachfront (including flashlights) and filling any holes in the sand! If you're headed to beach at night, take your red light flashlight to help protect these magnificent creatures.
Watch the sunrise or the moonrise from the beach. "Lights Out" season gives amazing views of the night sky.

Complimentary beach access wheelchairs are available by reservation (at least 3 days notice). These three chairs are located at Coligny Park for easy access.
Hilton Head Island is wonderful for year round visits. We love the off-season for walks on the beach, fewer crowds, and cozying up at Breakers 102 to recharge.
